Terms of Service

By creating an account or paying for a subscription on One Dollar Subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

One Dollar Subscription is a digital subscription service. For $1 per month you receive access to a subscriber number, public profile, one message slot on the wall while active, and related site features.

The service is provided for entertainment and self-expression. We make no warranties about uptime, permanence, or fitness for any particular purpose.

You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to subscribe.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. When live billing is enabled, payment is processed by a third-party payment provider (merchant of record).

You may cancel anytime from Settings. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not delete your profile or message from the ghost wall.

If payment fails, your message may fade until you renew. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

When your subscription lapses, your message is shown in a faded state on the ghost wall. Your subscriber number and anonymised presence may remain.

Resubscribing restores active visibility for your message slot, subject to current product rules.

Do not use the service for illegal content, harassment, spam, malware, or attempts to disrupt the platform.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service you acknowledge that policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
