Overview
One Dollar Subscription charges $1 per month for a recurring digital subscription. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
When live billing is enabled, payments are processed by our payment provider, which may appear on your card statement as the merchant of record.
Cancellation vs. refund
Cancelling your subscription stops future monthly charges. Cancellation does not automatically refund amounts already paid for the current billing period.
After cancellation, you retain access through the end of the paid period, then your message may enter ghost (faded) state.
Standard refund eligibility
We will issue a refund when required by law or in these cases:
• Duplicate charge for the same billing period
• Technical billing error charged in error
• First subscription payment within 14 days, if the service was unavailable due to a fault on our side and we cannot restore access promptly
Refunds are not provided for change of mind after successful delivery of the digital service, or for partial months after normal use.
How to request a refund
Email support@1dollarsubscription.com from the address on your account with the subject "Refund request". Include your username and the charge date or payment reference if you have it.
We review requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is unauthorised, contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Unnecessary chargebacks may result in account suspension.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights you may have under local consumer protection law, including where applicable statutory withdrawal periods for digital services.
